Starting in Holyhead (Anglesey), jammers will board a train and begin creating games as they journey along the stunning North Wales coastline, heading south toward Cardiff Central. Teams will form, ideas will spark, and prototypes will take shape — all while in motion. Meanwhile, local participants in Cardiff will be jamming together onsite, building their own projects and preparing to meet the incoming teams.

When the train arrives, both traveling and local jammers come together in) Cardiff for a shared finale: refining their games, exchanging ideas, and celebrating what they’ve built. The event culminates in an expo and networking session, where participants can showcase their creations, connect with fellow developers, and share their journey.

Junction Jam UK blends travel, collaboration, and creativity into a single unforgettable experience. Whether you’re coding between coastlines or crafting gameplay in the capital, this is a jam where the journey is just as important as the destination.
